Discounted maintenance services

 

We have a retired tradie who offer his services to our members to complete maintenance jobs for a reduced price.

Age Concern is able to offer members an hourly rate of $20 for maintenance jobs around the home.  

The service is available for:

• Age Concern members that own their own home and not a rental

Process:

1. Phone Age Concern on 347-1539 with information on the maintenance issue that needs repair. 
2. Age Concern will provide the handyperson with information on your maintenance issue so they can sort out a time to view the job. 
3. If the handperson is able to fix your maintenance issue, Members are required to pay the tradie directly at $20 per hour. If materials are required to complete the job the cost is added to the members hourly rate.
4. The handyperson then invoices Age Concern to pay the remainder of the hourly rate.
